Order online using your credit or debit card
- Find the item you want to buy.
- Click 'add to basket'. You will then be shown what's in your shopping basket.
- Carry on shopping or click 'go to checkout'.
- Next, tell us your delivery area and we calculate the postage and packing on your order.
- Finally, fill in the full delivery and payment details and click 'complete order'.
Online orders are taken using a secure server.

Postage and packing rates
To cover postage and packing costs the following is added to orders:

For packaging deliveries (usually 3-5 working days from order):
- For packaging orders weighing between 1.1kg-10kg - £7
- For packaging orders weighing between 10.1kg-30kg - £12
- For every additional 30kg - £12
- Please contact us if you have special delivery requirements of if you are ordering from the Highlands and Islands
- For orders weighing less than 1.1kg normal P&P rates apply (as above).
For packaging deliveries:
- 2-3 day delivery £5.95 per 30kg sent.
- Next-day delivery £7.95 per 30kg sent.
- For orders weighing less than 1.5kg normal P&P rates apply (as above).
Value added tax (VAT)
- All prices exclude VAT (17.5%). Where applicable, VAT is added at the checkout.
- VAT only applies to UK deliveries.
- Note: Most items we sell are books which are not subject to VAT.
Where we deliver to
- We are based in the UK but deliver worldwide.
- NOTE: Packaging orders can not normally be sent outside the UK. Contact us about non-UK packaging orders.
Delivery times
We despatch goods as soon as possible and most UK orders should arrive within ten working days. Sometimes orders take a little longer to process if we need to order stock in, so please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Packaging orders are normally delivered by courier and times depend on the delivery rate you choose.
